Email Signature Generator

Enter your details to generate a standardized Havoc signature, then paste it into Outlook. Everything below the fields updates as you type.

Standard Signature

Spell your title out in full — avoid acronyms like “SM C&C”.

Auto-filled as first.last@havocai.com. Edit if yours differs.

Formats automatically. Leave blank to omit.

Formatted to match the Word template: the logo is embedded in the copied signature, links use Outlook’s automatic color, and line spacing is single. The preview approximates light mode; links adapt in dark mode.

Applying your signature

Copy the signature above, then add it in Outlook. The desktop app gives the most reliable formatting; the web app works too.

macOS (desktop)

  1. In the menu bar: OutlookSettings Signatures.
  2. Click + to add a signature, then paste into the edit box and click Save.
  3. Under Choose default signature, pick your account and set it for New messages and Replies/forwards.

Windows (desktop)

  1. Go to FileOptions MailSignatures.
  2. Click New, name it, then paste into the Edit signature box.
  3. Under Choose default signature, set it for New messages and Replies/forwards, then SaveOK.

Outlook on the web

  1. Open Settings (gear, top-right) → AccountSignatures.
  2. Click Add signature, name it, and paste into the box.
  3. Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then Save.

If any line shows a grey highlight after pasting, select all, open the text-highlight menu, and choose “No color.”
